It’s been a long time since this blog was up-to-date, and I’ve got to do some work to upload a few posts.
I’ve been having some problems with some of the blogging software that I use, but I’ve had two breakthroughs tonight that should inspire me to get going again.
The first is (apparently) regaining my ability to post directly from my mobile phone. This problem didn’t stop my from blogging at all – that was a time problem – but it did stop those short, inspired posts from out there in the field.
My other problem was uploading photo galleries. My favourite WordPress plugin, Fotobook, is still not working for me. It allowed me to suck down my Facebook photo albums directly into my blog. But, I’ve got a new gallery application running tonight, which will form a good substitute in the meantime whilst I try to get Fotobook running again.
I’m going to try to upload some photos from events of late last year to catch up, and then will hopefully run this blog a little more contemporaneously.
In early December, I headed down to Yokohama with my friends Matsumura-san and Yukiko – only 40 mins away on the Toyoko Line from Shibuya – to look around the waterfront, buy some Christmas presents and have dinner in Chinatown (Chukagai).
It was a cold early winter’s day, but one of those clear, crisp ones. Here’s a gallery of some photos around Landmark Tower, Minato Mirai and Chukagai.
